Same deal. Fan and heat sink combo. You can simply unscrew the fan off the new heat sink and swap it with the existing fan.1 -

The only positive note at the moment is that there no 6300s or 6400s to be had new at the moment, so maybe there is some upside, at least temporarily.1 -
